Health

At Rhône Energies, health is a key priority. It applies not only to the people present on site, but also to the quality of the environment surrounding our facilities, including water, air and sanitary conditions that may affect neighbouring communities.

Exposure monitoring is part of our day-to-day operations. On-site measurements are carried out to assess exposure to chemical and physical agents. The results show levels well below regulatory limits, often even below laboratory detection thresholds. These findings contribute to the protection of on-site teams and help prevent any impact on the surrounding environment.

We also ensure regular monitoring of water quality. Discharged water is analysed daily, and specific controls are implemented to prevent risks such as legionella or the presence of emerging substances like PFAS. This work is intended to support the management of sanitary risks on site and avoid any impact on surrounding areas.

Certain risks, such as asbestos, residual lead and legionella, are managed through dedicated programmes that include controlled procedures, removal or treatment operations and targeted training actions. These measures are designed to protect the people working.

Our site is supported by an occupational health service that includes a physician and a nurse. A psychological support program is available to all employees. This service complements the prevention measures implemented across the site.

Our objective is to maintain a healthy working environment.
